Who we are
Pike Law is a specialist corporate and commercial law firm founded in 2013. We advise and represent clients in complex transactions, commercial arrangements, regulatory matters and disputes.
Our practitioners have experience gained in leading South African and international firms, advanced academic study and specialist practice. We bring that experience to a deliberately focused firm in which responsibility is allocated according to the needs of each matter, without unnecessary duplication.
Although based in Constantia in the Western Cape, we act throughout South Africa and, where appropriate, in matters involving other African jurisdictions.
How we work
We begin by identifying the client’s objective, the material facts and the legal constraints. We then provide a candid assessment of the available options, including their cost, risk and likely commercial effect.
Our structure allows senior practitioners to remain directly involved. This supports continuity, accountability and efficient decision-making, particularly where a matter is factually dense, urgent or strategically sensitive.
